Because LuxCBD products are handmade food and wellness items, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. This is standard practice across the food industry and is in place to protect both you and the integrity of every product we make.
Every batch is made with care, third-party lab tested, and quality checked before it leaves us. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s a genuine issue with your order, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with a photo and your order number. We’ll always do right by you.
We’re a one-person operation, so we don’t have the infrastructure to process returns safely or sustainably — but we do take quality seriously and we’re not in the business of leaving people stuck with something that isn’t right.
