These are our classic isomalt hearts with a malic and citric acid coating for that proper sour kick. The CBD is still plant-infused and vegan, still handmade, still third-party lab tested. The only difference is the sour coating, and one important label change: these are not sugar-free. The sour coating contains sugar, so if you picked our hearts specifically because they were sugar-free or diabetic-friendly, stick with the originals. We’d rather be upfront about that than have you find out the hard way.

How to use: One to two hearts, let it dissolve. Suck it Don’t chew it like a gobstopper. Give it 30-60 minutes to do its thing.
