Personal Self-Care Routines (honest one)

My personal self-care routine is a blend of mindfulness, movement, and Cannabis. Calling it a routine is making it sounds bigger than it is. I start my mornings with a few moments of gratitude (i list 5 things i’m grateful for in my mind), followed by a few hours of scrolling. Throughout the day, I keep our CBD hard candy cubes on hand for a quick boost before a movement session (aka dancing in my kitchen with my eyes closed) or yoga practice (when i can get to the mat I watch the underbelly yoga). In the evenings, I wind down with a soothing massage using CBD oil, helping me to relax and prepare for a restful night’s sleep… Is what i would love to say. In reality, I will vape and be still. Then horizontal. There is something so healing to me about being horizontal. These small, intentional practices make a big difference in maintaining my overall well-being. I should be doing more. Currently, this is where i am at, and I am meeting myself here with kindness and compassion. Some days I can do more than others, and that is my reality.
