LuxCBD products contain cannabidiol (CBD) derived from hemp and are sold as food supplements only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. SECTION 9 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Because LuxCBD products are handmade food and wellness items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. This is standard practice across the food industry and is in place to protect the integrity and safety of every product we make, as well as the health of all customers.

All sales are final. Please ensure you have read all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and allergen information carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thisisluxcbd.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

We are a sole trader operation. We do not have the infrastructure to process returns safely or sustainably, and food safety regulations prevent us from reselling returned consumable goods under any circumstances.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

SECTION 10 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
